Spiritual Allergy

Last Night, the other half and I reached what could be considered a sobering epiphany. I want to know if anyone else has been experiencing this or is aware of it happening to others.

We realized that ever since we were children, we have always been ostracized by the Material Human World. As far fetched as it sounds, the 80's cartoons, certain fictional authors we've liked, and even certain movies we watched growing up had been leading us down the spiritual path of the heart. Even as adults now, the more we have followed a spiritual path, the more that the Material Human World outright rejects us. The More we have tried to interact with it, the more it forces us away. (a very long story)

So we sat and we looked at the pattern.

We realized that because we follow the path of the heart and positivity, the Human World and its inhabitants reject us.
The result is much like taking to magnets that repel each other and trying to push them to each other. It doesn't work does it. It repels the harder you try to push the two magnets together.

We realized too that it wasn't just us. We know of others who also decided upon a similar path who are struggling like us too.

Its scary, but it is too clear. So where the Portal to where we belong?
