For those that have seen the fillum, “The Day the Earth Stood Still” or read the 1940 classic science fiction short story "Farewell to the Master" by Harry Bates on which this magnetic piece of cinema is based, there are huge parallels to be drawn between the impact of Klaatu, an alien sent to try to change human behaviour or eradicate humans from Earth using hordes of metal-eating locust-like insects and the impact of Coronavirus spawning the disease Covid-19 across the world.

The change at issue is humankind's environmental damage to the planet and whereas the book and the film are perhaps ‘signposts’ to what is to come, Coronavirus is here and now non-fiction. The virus has a swift, all consuming and deadly ability to hold the world hostage; its dramatic spread has insisted on a sweeping reduction of CO2 emissions on land, sea and air to prevent the virus spreading. In other words if you procrastinate and don’t make the necessary changes now rather than procrastinate it will be too late for much of humanity.

In other words, as we will never be able to live the same profligate manner again and as humankind must abandon the old ways or disappear, the whole focus of human endeavour and industry in the new era must be to prevent any further deterioration in the climate change model and total realignment with and adoption of clean energy across the world for shipping, civil aviation, personal and public transport along with freight. Total devotion to internal agriculture to feed indigenous populations wherever possible, no longer shifting commodities around the world for profit but for betterment of human conditions..

As a footnote…This also has all the hallmarks of Moros in Greek mythology, who is the being of impending doom, and drives mortals to their deadly fate. Redbeck but with great spiritual stimulus of intent from David Denison

Ever since you showed me COVID19 was 999 I’m convinced in the same manner you are it’s an act of god to alleviate stress on the earth.
I mean ever since ppl worldwide are now inside, less cars are being used, less resources being wasted, etc. it is quite sad it takes a pandemic for us humans to be whipped into shape, but hey atleast we’re not seeing Leviticus so let’s not piss him off further. We must be focusing on staying clean and happy And helping our neighbors do the same.
Also I will read the day the earth stood still and I’d like to hear your theories on judgement day sometime

Coronavirus is testing humankind’s will to restore the planet on which it was created and to regenerate the environment in which it lives. Humankind is being crucified upon the cross of coronavirus, as CO2 emissions plummet forcing the ultimate roll back of the poisoning process dashing aside opposite reversing forces. A breathless crucifixion from which there is no hiding place, one that halts the rape of natural resources for capitalistic gain and brings to a juddering stop the endless replenishment of artificial obsolescence in pursuit of endless profit. It is an intelligent virus which knows that it must continue to kill us until we acquiesce to change. Until it has put to death the mind virus that has crept over us since the industrial revolution was misappropriated away from the betterment of humankind to generate profits for a minority of wealthy industrialists keen to satisfy endless generations of shareholders who propped up their personal fortunes. Meanwhile, we the ants of humanity laboured in sickness and in health, primarily the former, worked toward an early grave, if not cut down in the flower of youth by the whim of megalomaniacs supported by those self same industrialists. We have a huge problem looming the desertification of the planet as a result of climate change, deforestation, drained peatbogs and polluted waterways will leave us more and more scenes like this, unless WE do something. With most governments intent on saving capitalism rather than the planet, scenes like this will soon become an endless newsreel, mass graves of humankind and sentient beings, either dead from thirst, malnutrition or by human hands, unwilling to share dwindling natural resources.

You’re very articulate. Names are semantics there’s only one Word. The magic system mentioned is a mutual system of “hey call me this that what when whatever you identify/even fuel my egos construct of self importance”

Precisely friend. Your drawing of 6 = the upward spiral. I see this image a lot stemming from the crown chakra and I always find it fascinating as spirals are divine structure, whether it be holy or demonic and even blur that line

Adults and school children are marching globally in a Day of Action to impress on governments that what has been done in terms of addressing and making the necessary changes to arrest radical climate change by controlling greenhouse gas emissions that are killing much of the planet Earth, which we have the privilege to walk upon and forcing us humankind and other sentient beings ever closer to extinction at an alarming rate.
