As the curtain closes on yet another life,
A new king was born from strife,
As he died, and came too,
Another one fell through.
As the sea came undone,
And the fear became almost fun,
All those lives lost,
Atoned with a cost.
After the moon bled,
And the sun turned cold,
As the forgotten gods grew old.
A troupe of demons came,
And took away the rain,
And as for the stories told.
A tale to retain,
And I repeat.
After all,
After the world's great fall,
After we make you forget the call,
And make you Laugh, for Fear, it Intertwines US All.

Im sorry for being a bit quiet lately but i assure you im still here just dabbling in story writing to help pass the time. This actually came from the end of a story i wrote and if anyone is interested id be happy to send it to you i just dont want to fill the forum with things that dont directly pertain to it you know.
Anyways i really like this one as it very very briefly summarizes the story
