Major Update Of Forum Software

Hi Everyone,

I've just upgraded the forum database and files. It looks like everything is running fine, but if you do see something you think shouldn't be there, or experience any technical problems, please report it, and I'll take care of it.

I've also just completed a bit of a redesign for the site - I think it looks a lot better now, let me know what you think.
