The proliferation of Dorothyxxx names appearing in birthdays were spurious member records created by spambots in the past; with the express purpose, in this case, of promoting a gambling casino.
So basically whenever this occurs with whatever undercover name they choose as a prefix and irrelevant item or service they wish to sell, then I have to go through and delete each one.
This is a historic system overhead which I am steadily trying to clear, but it is an arduous time consuming task following an extremely long trail to the finish line.
