Disrupted Circadian rhythms, pinned to a twenty-four-hour rotation, of the planet we call home
The suprachiasmatic nucleus, this body’s master biological clock,
adjusts from twelve to eighteen minutes daily, tick tock tick tock.
While those zeitgeibers are my environmental cues, when sleep deserts, alpha to numerics roam.
Nine the number of power, that slyly spans the bridge from divine light to sinister black bitumen.
Seven, sage numeric of the heavens, the Saptarishi constellation,
over seven hundred biblical occurrences, fifty four in Revelation.
Five the great balancing, Ten Commandments, five for God, five the way to treat another human.
Ponder the five, for it appears three hundred and forty five times in Scripture, begging to be read.
Rooted in nines a proton is, one thousand, eight hundred and thirty six
times heavier than an electron, a fact of moment to our intergalactic mix.

Six Numbers of the Universe
The six fundamental constants beneath play a pivotal role in shaping the universe. Remarkably, these six numbers, finely tuned, allow for the emergence of galaxies, stars, chemistry, and ultimately, life itself; seemingly arbitrary constants that configure the cosmos
N (The Gravitational Constant): This number represents the ratio of the strength of gravity to that of electromagnetism. Without this balance, stars wouldn’t form, and galaxies wouldn’t exist.
Epsilon: The ratio of mass lost to energy when hydrogen fuses to form helium in stars. If this value were different, nuclear fusion wouldn’t occur, and we wouldn’t have the energy necessary for life. Epsilon is the fifth letter of the Greek alphabet, in the system of Greek numerals it also has the value five. In mathematics, the epsilon numbers are a collection of transfinite numbers whose defining property is that they are the fixed points on an exponential map. Consequently, they are not reachable from 0 via a finite series of applications of the chosen exponential map and of "weaker" operations like addition and multiplication.
Omega: Describing the amount of dark matter in the universe, Omega plays a critical role in determining cosmic expansion. If Omega had varied even slightly post ‘Big Bang,’ the universe may not have continued expanding as it has today. Q (The Smoothness Parameter): Q is related to the scale at which the universe appears smooth. If the early universe had more irregularities, galaxies and stars wouldn’t have formed as they did.
D (The Number of Spatial Dimensions): Our universe has three spatial dimensions (length, width, and height). If there were fewer or greater dimensions, the laws of physics would be radically altered.
