Dave, I want to know, and I ask you directly here, why was Jesus silent between his birth and the beginning of his ministry sometimes in his 30s?

Since we know nothing about this time period, is it even possible that he could have sinned, or been angry, or hateful, or spiteful during that time? Of course, Christ never sinned *after* his baptism. But what is there to make of his time before, that mysterious and undocumented time? If Jesus was still Jesus, the flesh and blood human, during that time, why didn't he begin his ministry from the time as a child?

Why did it take the baptism to begin that bittersweet chain of events that we hold so dearly as the Gospel, for him to begin and subsequently end his ministry in the most brutal execution imaginable?

I beseech you take the time to answer me, David. I am at a turning point in my own life and you are the only pastor I feel comfortable asking this question. And as you wish, I do it on this public forum for all to see, not behind some closed door or email. I will take my time, and follow the sevens you have mentioned for an answer, but I do sincerely wish to hear your true response to this question.
