Consider base numerals. Consider your hand.
How are the digits on your hand numbered? 1-5? No.
Beginning at the pinky of your left hand as 1, thence progressing 3, 5, 7 and ???
Now, look at the fingertips. Are they even? No. Is the second digit thrice the length of the first? No. Is the digit numbered '7' longer or shorter than the digit numbered '5"? What does that imply?
And what of the value of the supposedly lowly thumb? If your left hand be the mirror of the right, what is the mirror image of one hand? The answer lies in the number which is equi-valent, though not equal to, 1.
What do all these issues imply?
Possibility 1 - The current definition of 'prime' is in error. Possibility 2 - Pi, in showing more than a whole number when accounting for diameter in circumference, actually notes that '1' is more than a whole number (as defined). Possibility 3 - Basic "number" has several forms not considered in our philosophy.
Possibility 4 - All the above possibilities are a nested possibility.
