was going through some of the forum posts and got to thinking about the sky, and how clear the sky must have been before all of the light pollution, needless to say, YouTube didn't let me down.

Enjoy a glimpse of what our ancestors saw every night, no matter where they were. kind of awe inspiring....

I think abt this a lot too. What a virgin earth was like, free of all pollution. Maybe this is a sign we should start returning to our roots or atleast spend more time planting trees and helping our neighbors rather than gravitating towards petty desires of wealth, excess, and building.
We have more empty houses than homeless ppl at times. That is a beautiful representation of mans need to constantly build and grab shit for themselves. The fact you can’t enjoy a night sky is humans basically saying they’d rather stare at their own pretty lights and buildings with neon signs over god gifted nights.

Some times humans have to snap back to reality. It's sad that some people can't be humbled and at awe of the night sky the cosmos. It connects us all.

I have a feeling that a lot of ppl are realizing the disconnect from nature and are desperately trying to find it again. The feeling you get sitting in your yard, park, are garden will never compare to some “solace” you find staring a phone all day
