Approaching riddles

Post by 3.20.19.3 »

Good afternoon, I am already pretty nervous and excited about making my first entry here. Since I tried to have some insight on the topics and discussions first on this forum.

However, I am still quite unsure, what this is all here about, but I guess I will give it some more time and try to learn something. The discussions and posts I have read so far were definitely already very inspiring!

Now I want to ask this community my very first question (Sorry, by the way, I’m not a native speaker, so I might make a few mistakes- I would be thankful if you could tell me, because I want to improve my language skills as well!)

So, I have visited this website a few times in the past, and back then I was really confused and almost “scared” by some posts/riddles.
Time passed and since quarantine, I am already stuck 11 weeks in my room. (I’m still in school, so not too much work other than studying a bit).
Then I remembered this forum and signed up again. Now my question is, how to start solving/thinking or approaching riddles? I get frustrated very easily and I am definitely not a very patient person either. I end up wanting to solve something, but am never able to understand it fully and get stuck. How do I chance this “habit”- do you have tips on how you do that?

Kind regards,

What progress do you feel you have made up to this point? Where do you see yourself along the path?
