I leave my emotions usually out of my thought process it’s actually been an issue of thinking too logically. It’s why I was agnostic before this year though I still even found myself praying when I was in desperate times. This is also why I scoffed at every religion but now I realize the wide spread misinformation. That was the main staple in my mental rigidness. But now it’s released, like you said it feels like a clean slate

It is natural for any seeker to over-emphasize either knowledge (Jnana) or devotion (Bhakti), but as Swami Vivekananda said: Devotion without knowledge is superstition, knowledge without devtion is madness".
In truth though, neither words nor feeling can comprehend the absolute, and to one who truly knows god, definitions such as "theist", "atheist", "agnostic" and so on becomes nothing less than what Wittgenstein would call "a game of words".

According to most evangelical christians, I would by now be consdered an atheist. At the same time; according to the atheist ideals that I grew up with I am most definately a theist. My position that pure genuine knowledge lies beyond any names, words, forms or concepts would probably label me an agnostic, while I at the same time hold it as truth, the only truth, that nothing exists except God.

And still I'm neither a monist nor a solipsist. Earlier I referred to Swami Vivekananda, so I will let his guru state the obvious conclusion of this discourse:

"So long as the bee is outside the petals of the lily, and has not tasted the sweetness of its honey, it hovers around the flower emitting the buzzing sound; but when it is inside the flower, it noiselessly drinks the nectar. So long as a man quarrels and disputes about doctrines and dogmas, he has not tasted the nectar of true faith; when he has tasted it, he becomes quiet and full of peace".
