Which is very peculiar and completely blindsided me. I even went to my county's supreme court office explaining the head clerk of the Public Records & Admissions office had told me that I needed a "Seal of Approval" stamped by a court of law for me to be able to view MY OWN birth certificate. For various reasons & circumstances, I have yet to pursue how to resolve this issue. The only option currently available could potentially lead to my parents' arrest.
I think it has to be a glitch. A mistake, and no I am not overexaggerating--I am legitimately asking for suggestions on how to properly resolve this without doing what the court recommended (which was appeal to a judge to hire a PI to investigate by ancestral records with accordance to my biological parents.
