Words are what free us from the captors. And despite every effort to take those words away, nothing we can do is more influential as human beings than our creative ability to write and speak. The more controversial the words, the more desire there is to censor, but that in itself gives the speake an irreverent, everlasting power.

Giordano Bruno was burned at the stake for his words, and even to this day, apologists justify that action. But through fire those words became immortal. The same goes for many cases. Many places out there want nothing more than to stop you from speaking and expressing yourself. This is not one of those places.
No one can ever take that away from you. Your words are your light.
