You refer to the Kabbalistic Tree of Life and the third "World of Formation". Yes indeed we are in the process of "making" this a better world but it is long drawn out, so much so that it is only with much more joint effort that we will effect change in a shorter timescale. Thus in essence I cannot answer your question in its purest sense. If indeed what I have just written is in line with your personal interpretation of the thrust of the question which you have just raised?

Indeed as I understand it Yetzirah can refer to many things, hence my question as to what you truly mean by alignment, perhaps a better world is a higher plane of the objective but with subdivisions beneath?

Its association with the element of air and astrology, is there in fact an impending 'Age of Aquarius'?
Is it required to perform as the soul-garment of speech, the right to free speech in this world is eroding fast?
Perhaps to help us deal with the rawest of emotions generated with the current but seemingly endless litany of tragedies in which the world finds itself mired?
Yetzirah also has a strong association with the occult Tarot's 'Suit of Swords' and its meanings are associated with action, change, force, power, oppression, ambition, courage and conflict. In this instance we should be careful what we wish for in any alignment because the resulting actions can be both constructive and/or destructive, sometimes resulting in violence?

But good is good and certainly aligned with god, therefore if the derivative 'go do good' would be the final effect of the alignment, then we could ask for little else.
