Madness in Forum

Has anyone seen the strange events going on within the forum ........

If you scroll down in the first forum page, to page numbers at bottom
click to page 9.... halfway down page 9 to , post titled "what's this find" after that post
the next post which seems to be written in Russian, then the next and next ..
these posts go on and on up to page 26!
and were all put up on the forum on the same day..1st January 1970 at 1pm!
Any thoughts please ....


I've noticed these strange posts have replaced some of our original posts, where have they gone..
Is it a message of some kind..

The forum wasn't even created until about 2005.?

Hi silver, no, no pm, I was looking at older posts and came up with the strange Russian posts, have no idea
where they sprang up from..wondered if anyone could suggest a reason.?

I think I can shed light on this phenomenon, my understanding is that there was a sudden blitz of Russian language posts in large quantities at that time, which while nobody was in a position to translate them they were deemed to be valuable enough to retain and were therefore all assigned a date which was impossible to precede in order to park them for future reference.
