For those who want to start:
The individual components can be purchased from various manufacturers and platforms. As long as the key data is adhered to, you are free to choose your sources of supply. Below is a brief explanation and which products I used for the first phase as an example.

NAC (N-acetyl-L-cysteine) is best taken as 600 mg capsules (2x in the morning, 1x in the evening), for example:


Oregano oil as enteric-coated capsules, steam-distilled concentrate with at least 40 mg cravacrol (the cravacrol content must be explicitly stated on the packaging and not nebulously described). This is the core active ingredient in the 1st phase. Many, including myself, have at least doubled this. I use capsules with 100 mg Cravacrol which also contain fennel and ginger oil (1 x in the morning, 1 x in the evening), for example:


Black seed oil 100%, from Nigella Sativa, cold-pressed and unfiltered. Oil must be refrigerated after opening. Shake before use (1 teaspoon in the morning, 1 teaspoon in the evening), for example:

Thank you for your swift and considerate action in removing the direct sales links requested. I have also removed the links as they were displayed in my "quote" of your original post in my post to you as requested.

I am with you all the way on the subject matter. My son and daughter-in-law operate a permaculture [beyond organic] farm in Finland. I go there for a Christmas break of around one month every year, see my grandsons and wallow in the balmy temperatures of -17 to -28 degrees C, watching the snow renew the world in a vast country that is three times the geographic area of the British Isles with a population of 5.5 million. So ancient natural healing medicinal plants abound.

My current project is using a combination of ground turmeric, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon to defuse bodily inflammation and therefore pain relief. I am therefore, very interested in what you have to say throughout this thread, albeit I am myself getting on in years but still keen for wisdom, what you might call a naturalist monk.

I agree with Sidewalk, Who I appreciate, as-- whoever they are-- they debunked this. I have been watching this post and should have said something on the topic as I recognized it as-- well, bogus. However, I do not know enough about the topic to comment on the actual science behind medicine. What I do know is this is akin to popular detox trends-- detox trends which frankly, are also bogus. We have a liver for a reason.
