Strange visuals

hello,
maybe this is the place where I may find an answer if not, maybe pointed in the right direction.

about a year into mediation I noticed tracers of something in the air. they are everywhere. they run across the room but it has not shape. in the dark it looks like the northern lights. this weird gaseous phenomenon is happening to me.

the thing is I can't undo it. now I feel it. my head feels like electricity and I feel a current of electricity running through me. barely able to get a good night rest anymore ?


anyone have a clue ?

This sounds to me to be a disorder of the brain. I have a neurological disorder which results in the creation of highly visible phosphenes when trying to sleep as my brain produces bufotenin instead of melatonin and visual cortex lights up like crazy. Do you notice this occuring more often when you are tired? My phosphenes often appear as a green gaseous form, sometimes pink, and occasionally contours with the curve of my eye.
